On Monday, after its relocation, Essentia Health’s personal fitness & therapy center unrolled its door for the customers at its new address at Miller Hill Mall in Duluth.
This new center at Miller Hill comes with add-ons such as bigger rooms for lockers, expanded gym spaces, as well as bigger examination rooms. However, the move by this center has also brought in criticism from the users as the lap pool, which was earlier a part of this health plaza, is no more a part of its premises. Not just that, its new location is several miles away from Essentia campus downtown.
This relocation was a move to pave the pathway for Essentia’s latest development known as Vision Northland which recently came into news. This latest development is worth $800 Million and is aimed at the reduction of the physical footprint of the hospital with updated facilities. This includes a hospital tower which is 14-story high.
Kurt Radke, the Essentia Operations Administrator mentioned that the new premise is beautiful, new, airy, and open. It is in real sense built for enhancing the fitness and rehab experience for the visitors of the health center.
