The United Kingdom’s first vegan pizzeria, Purezza is back with a bang. It has reopened as a much larger restaurant in the Camden district of London. The expansion is triple in size of its previous space. With this, it has now become one of the largest vegan restaurants in the UK. The restaurant now features a sheltered garden area, which has now live plants in it along the walls.
Now, it has also extended the bar area where their customers and diners can enjoy a variety of drinks as they please. The team has smartly re-used its previous furniture instead of just replacing the old one and discarded items from other restaurants. Additionally, the restaurant is even re-using the flooring from its previous space for seating booths and doors from an old chapel.
Well, we definitely feel the re-use as a plus point for the overall set up that looks quite elegant. While interacting with the co-founder and co-owner of Purezza Tim Barclay, he told that the single biggest complaint they used to receive was that it was almost impossible for many customers to get a table most of the nights.
As providing exceptional customer experiences is one of their core tenets, they tripled their size to meet customer demands. Furthermore, it should be known that last year Purezza was the first vegan pizzeria to bag an award during the World Pizza Championship in Parma, Italy. So, how excited are you to make a visit?
