Chicago – Everyone knows how hard it is to find a proper vegan menu. Bobbie Beaugard, however, came to the rescue of vegans when she decided to open her vegan fast food center on 87th Street, Avalon Park, Chicago named “Plant-Based Junkie.” She loves having junk food. But for vegans, there are limited options. So she decided to follow her passion and rented a place on 87th Street.

Bobbie has been in many professions throughout her carrier. She has been Cashier, Medical Assistant, Bartender, Restaurant Manager, and Esthetician. After that, now, she is a restaurant owner now.

She shared her feelings on the topic, and she said she is excited to open a vegan restaurant and run it. Currently, Bobbie is doing everything she can to handle the restaurant herself. She is acting as the cashier, the chef, and the waitress. However, she is still looking for help around the place.

Her restaurant is located between a records shop, House of Music, and a shoe repair shop. Initially, the landlord was a bit iffy in giving the place in rent. Because the previous tenant wasn’t regular with the rent, but Bobbie convinced him and promised she would pay the rent on time. The next time he visited the place, he 2qs impressed with Bobbie, and the way she had changed the place.

Bobbie is planning on hiring a chef and sous chef. She intends to hire someone from within the community. And she also has plans of opening up a franchise of Plant-based Junkie. The motto of the place is to provide plant-based junk food to vegans, so they don’t feel guilty binge eating. It will be junk but healthy.
