According to the recent polls and surveys, it was concluded that vegan products are 40 percent cheaper than fish and meat.
The new study shows and directs people that they can protect themselves from future global pandemics. They can protect the planet and save more if they accept a plant-based diet or veganism and give up meat, fish, and animal products.
Survey Conducted
An around 11,000 people were surveyed in Britian, and conducted a survey. The survey concluded that the main meal that is lunch/ dinner contained meat, fish, or poultry, which roughly cost them 1.77 euros per person.
On the other hand, when they calculated the plant-based food’s rough or average price as their main meal, it cost them just 1.06 euros per person.
This clearly shows an average cost difference of 0.71 euros per person.
The survey then concluded that vegan households spend comparatively less on grocery purchasing when compared with non-vegan homes. The vegan household spends 16.47 euros on an average, and non-vegan families spend 17.91 euros on a standard (both of the same size.)
3.7 percent of all the vegan families spend on food and drink and meat substitutes.

The fish or meat-based lunch takes approximately 18.9 minutes to prepare. On the contrary, plant-based lunches get ready at an average of just twelve minutes. This states that preparing a vegan food meal for lunch can save you more time, as it is 37 percent quicker and easier to make.
Talking about the dinner, meat, or fish-based meals takes an average time of 37.5 minutes, roughly 32 percent lower than the average time taken to prepare a healthy vegan meal for dinner.
The poll clearly shows the results of going vegan. It states that one can saves his or her time and money by going vegan. They will also protects the animals and the world by going vegan or by trying plant-based food.
